Your Leofoto product comes with a warranty for 10 years from the date of purchase with the following terms and conditions

Leofoto Australia Warranty Terms and Conditions

Warranty Coverage
Leofoto Australia provides a limited warranty of 10 years on all tripods, accessories, and products purchased from authorized dealers within Australia. This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and conditions.

Warranty Terms

Duration: The warranty period is 10 years from the date of purchase.
Coverage: This warranty covers manufacturing defects and faults in materials and workmanship. It applies to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.

Authorised Dealers

Leofoto Australia products are only covered under the Australian 10 year warranty if they are purchased through an authorised dealer or direct from Leofoto Australia. You can find authorised dealers HERE or by contacting us HERE. Sites such as Selling out Soon, Photo Equipment Store and Photoshop Studio are NOT authorised resellers of Leofoto products and therefore any purchases are NOT covered under the Australian 10 year warranty, regardless of what is listed on their respective sites.

Exclusions

The warranty does not cover:

Normal Wear and Tear: Damage resulting from normal wear and tear, including but not limited to scratches, abrasions, or cosmetic damage.
Misuse or Abuse: Damage caused by improper use, neglect, accident, exposure to extreme conditions, or unauthorized modifications.
Unauthorised Repairs: Any repairs or alterations made by unauthorized service providers or individuals.
Loss or Theft: Loss, theft, or any damage resulting from such events.
Consumables: Parts that are subject to wear and tear, such as rubber feet, leg locks, shims and other similar components.

Warranty Claim Process:

Proof of Purchase: To make a warranty claim, the original receipt or proof of purchase is required.
Contact: Contact Leofoto Australia or an authorized dealer to initiate a warranty claim. Provide details of the defect and supporting documentation, including proof of purchase.
Inspection: The product may be required to be sent to Leofoto Australia or an authorised service centre for inspection.
Repair or Replacement: If a defect is found and covered under this warranty, Leofoto Australia will, at its discretion, repair or replace the defective product or part. The repaired or replaced product will be covered for the remaining term of the original warranty.

Limitation of Liability
Leofoto Australia’s liability is limited to the repair or replacement of the product under the terms of this warranty. Leofoto Australia is not liable for any incidental or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of use, loss of time, or inconvenience.

Governing Law
This warranty is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Australia. Any disputes arising from this warranty will be resolved in the courts of Australia.
